Beautiful and complex floral nose, if you didn’t know it was from hops one could imagine being aged in a sauterne cask.
Quite fruity but we’ll balanced taste. Very little bitterness that some might expect from the hops.
Long sweet malty finish.

Keeping the Belgrove theme of minimal waste, this whisky is made by distilling  hopped beers from several micro breweries. The beers were not up to their normal standards and would have gone down the drain if they had not been rescued by Belgrove. In case you didn't know, malt whisky is normally made by distilling beer that does not have hops added.
