Nose: dehydrated oranges, smoked oysters, burnt cream, fresh vanilla
Palate: lychee syrup, orange rind, charred capsicum, some vegetal
Finish: long, residual honey, salty ash, slightly briney
Notes: A super balanced dram. Nothing stands out, which is a great. It’s both complex to sit with, but just simply easy to drink.
