This first batch “The Scoundrel” is a marriage of 12 carefully selected barrels, diluted to an easy sipping 44% ABV
Aromas of toffee, marmalade and caramelised fig, with hints of raspberry.
On the palate velvety Australian fortified wine flavours of peach, plum jam and poached pear.
French and American oak brings a smooth finish of vanilla bean and caramel.
