Just like the original Frankenstein, this drink was born in the dark corners of Peter's mind, and approach to 0 Waste. Different random 'BITS' of Belgrove's leftover liqueurs and spirits like Frankenstein.
Aged in a freshly shaven and medium-toasted French red wine oak barrel.
Tasting notes:
The first nose impression is that of herbal, warm, and rounded sweetness. It evolves into caramelised apples, orange zest, and wormwood. The palate is soft, leaning towards sweet & sour apples, caramel, and stewed sweet pineapple.
Fantastic as a digestive or in a ginger mule and other cocktails!
Pairs beautifully with cheese platters, treat like Vermouth.
