This very limited release Belgrove Rye aged for 7.5 years in a single Tas Pinot Noir cask, the cask was refired before filling with spirit. 

Nose full of chamomile tea, sweet jasmine aromas, rounded caramel, spices, and the pinot noir comes through very distinctively.

Palate starts with sweet vanilla, green tea, earthy, tingly from the 80% raw rye grains, and keeps lingering for days!

Food pairings: goat cheese & honey, smoked ham,  pork or chicken dishes.
