58% Alc/vol 5th release Pinot Noir cask matured

This Belgrove Single Cask Rye aged in ex Tasmanian Pinot Noir cask.  
This is a 1st Fill cask, think dark chocolate, elegant perfume, vanilla, christmas cake, spice, stewed stone fruits. Sweet, spicy (toasted cinnamon and nutmeg) and oily. Finishes like a fine whisky should.
